LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE/ LATE/ NO SHOW

  • I require a credit card to secure your appointment. Your credit card will only be used if you fail to change or cancel your appointment within 12 hours per my policies below.

  • I require 12 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Should you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service total.

  • No shows will be charged 100%.

  • You are considered a no show if you are more than
    -5 minutes late to an appointment shorter than 20 minutes
    -10 minutes late to an appointment longer than 30 minutes
    *please text if you are running late to avoid a 100% fee.

  • If your card declines, you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid before you can reschedule.

  • If you no show a second time, you will be permanently banned from booking.

  • I do send out reminders as a COURTESY. It is still ultimately YOUR responsibility to remember the appointments YOU make.

  • I play music, podcasts, or tv that may contain use adult language and adult situations. Please be warned.

  • I like a good time and good vibes. Please be good vibes.

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way with emergencies, traffic, kids, illness, work, etc. I definitely empathize because we’ve all been there. That being said, these policies are in place to protect my business, my time and mental health, and our professional relationship.
